In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and authorize us to take payment in full for the applicable prescription charges, postage and packing charges and any other charges, if any, that become due to us under these terms.
A product is eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in case it is found to be damaged or defective or an incorrect product has been delivered to you. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for more.
If a package arrives in damaged condition, the customer should refuse the shipment and inform Alchemlife support immediately.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be made using the payment gateway and/or card originally used for payment. It may take up to 7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account or other payment method.
In case of chargebacks, Alchemlife will furnish information to the relevant payment service provider pertaining to the completion of transaction and/or delivery of product to you within ten days of receiving the chargeback notification.
