Q. How do I place my order?
A. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart using the BUY button and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor on the “CHECKOUT” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.
If you expect to purchase additional materials from AlchemLife, you may want to consider setting up an account. If you choose to do so, our site will maintain on file your billing and shipping information as well as your payment data so you do not have to fill out this information each time you visit our secure server. You will also have the ability to view your complete history of purchasing. Once you have decided how to proceed, you will be prompted to enter the name and address of the intended recipient of your shipment (i.e. your delivery information), followed by your billing details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed and you will be emailed an invoice as soon as you complete your online order. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order or some items cannot be shipped, we will refund the difference back to your credit card. A. We do not ship internationally. Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order originates, which is the UK.

A. We use different third-parties to deliver your package, allowing 2-5 business days for delivery and a tracking number for you to be able to track the progress of your delivery. Q. Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?
A. We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online or over the phone begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and shipping time. Q. What are your return policies?
A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, if the package is damaged or out-of-date, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.

Q. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected by our distribution centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
