Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. Once an order is placed, there is no provision to cancel or return it. Please ensure to check your order details prior to confirming. AlchemLife reserves the right to cancel an order if error on site or if the products are out of stock. If the Payment is charged to card prior to cancellation of order, we reserve the right to forfeit the charge.
Q. What are your cancellation policies?
A. Most products sold by AlchemLife qualify for free exchange or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please visit our website to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies to domestic orders only. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships.

Q. What are your return policies?
A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, if the package is damaged or out-of-date, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.
Q. Satisfaction commitment
A. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the arrangement for a refund, request an exchange of products, or receive store credit.
Q. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A. Once your return is received and inspected by our distribution center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
